1. Service
This service ("海外のギャラ飲みマッチング") provides a matching platform between guests and casts for entertainment and social meetings. The service is operated in New York and targets Japanese-speaking users aged 21 and over.
2. Payment
Guests pay a subscription fee to the operator. Payment between guest and cast (e.g., for the cast's time) is made directly between the guest and the cast, outside this platform. The operator does not handle, guarantee, or mediate such payments.
3. Prohibited conduct
Users must not exchange contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, LINE IDs, SNS handles, or other means of off-platform communication) for the purpose of circumventing the platform or conducting repeat transactions outside the service. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Disclaimer
The operator is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from direct dealings, payments, or meetings between users outside this platform. Use of the service is at your own risk.
5. Age
You must be at least 21 years old to use this service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
